2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily enter in our forms: full name, email address and the message you decide to write. We also record minimal technical data (preferred language, device type and pages visited) to keep the site running and detect errors.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, keep a record of communications, comply with legal obligations and improve the informational content of the site. Data is not used to build automated profiles or for targeted advertising without your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your free and informed consent given when completing the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping minimal records to ensure the traceability of your request.
5. Retention
Contact data is kept for 24 months from your last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with technology providers acting under confidentiality agreements (for example, hosting and transactional email providers), and with competent authorities when there is a formal legal request.

8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, periodic reviews). No system is infallible, so please avoid sharing sensitive information through insecure channels.
9. Minors
The service is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not deliberately collect data from minors; if we detect that this has happened, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when there are regulatory or functional changes. We will publish the current version on this same page, indicating its update date.
